1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — estimated processing times will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@hugolicious.co.uk within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to change the address after your order is placed, contact us immediately at orders@hugolicious.co.uk. We cannot guarantee address changes once an item has shipped.
